Description
This little Hedgehog cactus grouping, is just outside the back door to my art studio. The buds usually take turn flowering a little at a time, but this one decided to really show off and bloom all at once (although still more to come)! A wet winter makes for a very happy plant.

Revisiting and sharing this to Facebook. Hoping we can see these in our desert acre this spring of 2021. The drought conditions may say otherwise, along with the critters who are biting off the buds before they bloom, and the bunnies who chomp off all the petals. These are beautiful dear, Jerry! LF

We both love these little HOGS Janet Marie. They are among the first cacti that bloom each Spring. We had a perfect winter rainy season and thus one of the best Spring bloom seasons ever! Thank you so very much for your always gracious comments!
