Description
This grassy meadow lies along the Virgin River valley. I thought that maybe next time we could bring a blanket so that we could lie down and look up at the towering cliffs all around us while we listen to the cool breeze through the trees and gentle whitewater rapids of the river. Take in a breath of canyon scent and just enjoy the granduer that surrounds us.

~ Seems like a prefect place for meditation and contemplation, dear Jerry. In my words,...it would be my perfect MEDIsTATION ))) Just to listen to the whisper of the Virgin River and surrender to the mild breeze,....hopefully enJoy a bit of snow ))) That would be my prefect moment of excitement,.... to hear the Echoes of Zion ))) ~

Thank you, Eva. Someday you will experience this magnificent place and that I am very sure of. The road to Grandeur painting was done nearby this area. Maybe someday another snow painting of Zion is in order.

Excellent shot. Love the foreground here. Beautiful l/f
Jerry Bokowski replied:
Lucinda, I love being off the beaten path, The valley trees are huge and draw a neat contrast to the tall trees on top of the cliffs that look so tiny due to the great vertical height.Thank you for commenting on this!
