Description
As I was sitting on my front porch, I saw some impressive clouds forming. I ran to get my camera, and took some photos of one of the most unique cloud formations I had ever seen. I vowed to do a painting someday. Two years later I did!
Showcasing the saguaro-laden landscape of our Arizona Sonoran Desert, with the Tucson Mountain range in the background.

Re-visiting this fave of mine, with such amazing clouds and sharing in the Facebook group, "Sharing My Friends Art" and promoting in the Beauty of Arizona art group thread, "Think Pink in Arizona-Early Detection Saves Lives!" I certainly love the pink in these clouds. My previous comment tells it all! like/fave/Facebook
Jerry Bokowski replied:
Thank you Janet for the extra recognition and promotion by sharing it on Facebook. I really appreciate it!

I really love this painting for so many reasons, dear Jerry. From the cloud whisperer herself, these are amazing monsoon clouds and rainstorm, and at sundown no less. What you saw in 2011, truly was a uniquely, impressive cloud formation. So glad you put those clouds to canvas, along with a saguaro-laden landscape setting, that so aptly represents the beauty of Arizona's Sonoran Desert. The Tucson Mountains are a perfect backdrop, as well. So glad to hear that you were giving back to the ARTS, by donating this to The Rialto Theater Gala in 2016. Bravo! LF FB
