Description
Fantasy Swim is a painting I did for my daughter and son-in-Law in 1995. He likes elephants and she loves dolphins, so I did this painting with both of them riding on the back of an agreeable, friendly elephant. A dolphin couple seems to be curious as to what is going on, and hangs with them for a while. My kids loved the painting and it now hangs in their home. My daughter wanted me to share this wonderful evening with all who love life and the ocean.

Thank you for traveling through my work to find this, Susanna. It was a time for us to adjust to the fact that our only daughter and only child was gone now belonging to some one else. The art helped me through it! Now we have had a son for over 22 years!

With two people on his back he would have sunk much lower in the water ( maybe only his trunk would be out of the water) but since this was a dreamy fantasy type painting, I placed the Elephant like this.
