**Thank you to the Collector in Madison, Mississippi, for their purchase of a 14” x 11” metal print of “1967 Corvette Stingray!” I really appreciate it. 12/28/2019**
This is a fully restored, 1967 Corvette Stingray Coupe, that I owned back in the early 1980s. This car had factory air conditioning, power steering, power windows, am/fm radio, leather seats, and bolt on wheels (no knock off spinners). It was powered by a 327 with a 4 speed tranny.
My wife and I, enjoyed a trip to San Clemente, California, in this cool classic. We owned 7 mid-year 1963-1967) Corvettes and I wished I had kept them, as they are worth a fortune now. Oh well, we had a great time in them! It was also fun and rewarding restoring them, as some looked ready for the junk yard when I got them, and looked “showroom new” when I was done!

Oooo La La! I love the Corvette's from the 60's! You've restored this one back to its' beauty. Sure sounds like it was one hellava car! And you and Janet made some great memories in this classic, I am sure! You've captured it well in this photo, Jerry. Love the way the tail lights light up the whole picture! L/F
Jerry Bokowski replied:
Yes Deborah, it was a blast to drive. Now a nice one of these brings a king’s ransom. Thank you so much for your enthusiastic and fun comments!

Such amazing sleek lines in these old vets....a work of art in themselves! LF
Jerry Bokowski replied:
General Motors designer Larry Shinoda and Engineer Zora Arkus-Duntov came up with such a cool car. This style debuted in 1963 and ended with the 1967. If you google Zora Arkus-Duntov, there is a Wiki article about him and a picture of him standing next to a Blue Corvette. Thank you as always for your visits and great comments, Malanda!

Wow! A true beauty, Corvette Blue! Fun, fast, and furious. The mid-year Corvettes had such great body lines. What a shape. Wonderfully captured on Mt. Lemmon, really showing off your gorgeous paint job. The power windows were awesome, went up or down faster than anything I have ever experienced. What fabulous rides we experienced in this baby! We were in our heyday then. With this car, I can truly say, “I’m so glad we had this time together!” Unforgettable memories for sure. LF FB Janet💕💕💕💕

I remember trips to Southern California with you in this dear Janet. Yep, those were the days! The car was a blast to drive! Thank you so much for reminding me of how you felt about our times with this classic!
