This miniature painting will be available for sale at the GEORGE PHIPPEN WESTERN ART MUSEUM in PRESCOTT, ARIZONA starting on May 1st, 2021.
Springtime in the Sonoran Desert, means beautiful magenta, hedgehog cactus blooms, and brittlebush wildflowers, blanketing the landscape. The rugged and dramatic, Ragged Top Mountains of the Ironwood Forest National Monument, located in southeastern, Arizona, loom in the background. Nearing day's end, the springtime rains nourish the wildflowers.

I love your series of small paintings. They are so intriguing and some of your most innovative art. This is spring solitude for sure, Jerry. I love the soft pastels of this watercolor.
