Description
A Cloudless Sulphur Butterfly is enjoying the pollen of Arizona's Sonoran Desert, Barrel Cactus. These cacti feature a fish hook looking spine. Some tiny leaves of our desert Creosote, also known as Chaparral, make a medicinal tea often used by Native American tribes of the Desert southwest.
The Almighty Creator, designed these beautiful butterflies, to serve as pollinators, along with desert bees, and other critters.
My wife, Janet, loves Butterflies and Cactus Blooms, so I painted this as a surprise wedding anniversary card.
